Refund policy

Individual songs

Because a digital song is delivered immediately, completed song purchases are generally final. Contact Beat of Life within 14 days if you were charged twice, received the wrong item, or cannot access a purchased file so the issue can be corrected or reviewed for a refund.

Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time through Downloads & billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period. A refund may be reviewed for a duplicate or incorrect charge or when paid access could not be provided.

Email beatoflife@outlook.com with the purchase email, date, and description of the problem. Do not email card numbers or banking information.
